This page summarises the licensee, its authorised representatives, and the scope of the services that may be provided.

Corporate Authorised Representative

Gallantree Capital Pty Ltd is a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) of Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 568476) and is authorised to provide financial services on behalf of the licensee, within the scope of, and subject to the conditions of, that AFSL. Gallantree Capital Pty Ltd does not hold its own AFSL and acts only as an authorised representative of Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd in relation to the financial services described on this page.

When you deal with Gallantree Capital Pty Ltd in relation to a financial service, you are dealing with it in its capacity as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 568476). Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd is responsible for the financial services provided under its AFSL.

Authorised financial services

Under AFSL 568476, Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd (and Gallantree Capital Pty Ltd, acting as its Corporate Authorised Representative) is authorised to carry on a financial services business to provide the following services to wholesale clients only:

provide general financial product advice in relation to interests in managed investment schemes, debentures, stocks or bonds issued by a government, and derivatives;
deal in a financial product by issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of interests in managed investment schemes and debentures;
deal in a financial product by arranging for another person to apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of a financial product; and
operate custodial or depository services other than investor directed portfolio services.

Wholesale clients only

Gallantree Fiduciary Services Pty Ltd and Gallantree Capital Pty Ltd provide financial services only to persons who qualify as wholesale clients, sophisticated investors or professional investors within the meaning of sections 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We do not provide financial services to retail clients.

Before acquiring an interest in any Gallantree product, you may be required to provide evidence of your status as a wholesale client, sophisticated investor or professional investor, including a qualified accountant's certificate where applicable.

Remuneration and conflicts of interest

Gallantree and its employees may receive fees, commissions or other benefits from the products and services we offer. Details of fees, costs and any material conflicts of interest applicable to a particular product are disclosed in the offer document for that product. We maintain a conflicts of interest policy and take reasonable steps to identify, manage and, where appropriate, disclose conflicts.

Professional indemnity insurance

Gallantree maintains professional indemnity insurance that complies with section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASIC Regulatory Guide 126. This insurance covers claims by current and former clients in respect of the financial services provided by Gallantree and its representatives.

Complaints handling

If you have a complaint about a financial service provided by Gallantree, please contact our Compliance team. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within 30 calendar days. As our services are provided only to wholesale clients, external dispute resolution through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is generally not available, though we remain committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
